I highly recommend Dr. Chu. We have used him as our primary care dentist for almost 3 years. He has a great personality. He's attentive, very knowledgeable and caring. He really spends time to answer questions and determine treatment methods and treatment plans. His crew is extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. We have the utmost faith in the great care we always receive from him and his staffs.

Setting up an appointment at this office was very easy. I was impressed that one of the receptionists remembered to call me back and let me know that I could reschedule my appointment for an earlier time I had wanted since someone else cancelled. The dental assistant who cleaned my teeth was very gentle and very friendly. I needed to make a 2nd appointment to be fitted for a night guard (my teeth had some damage from grinding), and Dr. Chiu explained why this was necessary in a way that was very easy to understand. The staff was helpful in checking my insurance coverage and cost for the night guard so I knew what it would cost in advance.

I loved this place, it was an excellent experience and they make the place feel like home.
