We moved into the area and I was referred to Perfect Smile by a coworker. My visit was smooth and had not issues and I felt very at ease with the procedures I needed. Now my husband and both my kids go to Perfect Smile.

I highly recommend Dr. Chu. We have used him as our primary care dentist for almost 3 years. He has a great personality. He's attentive, very knowledgeable and caring. He really spends time to answer questions and determine treatment methods and treatment plans. His crew is extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. We have the utmost faith in the great care we always receive from him and his staffs.

Setting up an appointment at this office was very easy. I was impressed that one of the receptionists remembered to call me back and let me know that I could reschedule my appointment for an earlier time I had wanted since someone else cancelled. The dental assistant who cleaned my teeth was very gentle and very friendly. I needed to make a 2nd appointment to be fitted for a night guard (my teeth had some damage from grinding), and Dr. Chiu explained why this was necessary in a way that was very easy to understand. The staff was helpful in checking my insurance coverage and cost for the night guard so I knew what it would cost in advance.

I loved this place, it was an excellent experience and they make the place feel like home.

Dr. Chu is the most warm, caring, and happiest Doctor that I know. He is very personable, funny, and always does a great job on teeth! We've been patients of his since 2009 or 2010, & we want to KEEP him, that's for sure! He takes into consideration how you are feeling, any concerns you may express and addresses them immediately, and unlike other doctors he does not find this to be annoying by being asked he encourages questions and comments! Great Dentist!

We just started going to this office, my son had the first appointment, the office staff and hygienist made us all feel very welcome and comfortable. The Dentist Dr. Chu examined all the work and explained everything. My husband went next and he liked the office, he was pleased with everyone their. I went last and I have never really liked dentist but they made me feel calm and answered all my questions.

I have been going here for a number of years. I currently live in Kingwood knowing that I can go to a closer dental office. Knowing each time I have my routinely teeth clean, I can leave satisfied. Thank you guys for all that you have done, y'all are THE best.

I've been going here for over a few years now. Dr. Chu has done amazing work with my teeth and the dental hygenist is awesome! My kids also come here for their annual cleanings. The staff here is super friendly and are amazing with rescheduling and promptly getting back to you.

This was my first time at this office for a much needed cleaning and check-up. The reception staff made me feel at home quickly and lowered the anxiety I was feeling from trying a new dentist. Both Alex and Dr. Chu answered all of my questions, took the time to explain everything throughly and made me feel like I could trust them instantly. I am very impressed with Dr. Chu and his staff. Dr. Chu is very thorough and compassionate, very good at taking time to understand all the history and symptoms to determine diagnosis. He even spends time to research my teeth issues and apply the most current update treatments. His staff is wonderful. Amanda – the assistant is always concern and care. She’s a great help to Dr. Chu and is a gem. Alex and Marlee – the dental hygienists are very professional and friendly. They're the key to our ongoing teeth health. Last but not least – Lynn & Sharon – the admin/ receptionists are incredible. They’re always has the best communication and follow up process to make sure our appointments happen smoothly. I appreciate the fact that they always make sure that our time spent at the clinic is limit to necessary time only. It’s very minimum to no wait here. One other thing that I really appreciate them is that they always take out our burden dealing with the insurance and together with Dr. Chu, they plan out the best treatment plans for us every year. I have a lot of teeth issues but Dr. Chu and his amin group always take into consider emergency extent of the treatment, crown color match, minimum shots, and budgeting... to have the best treatment plan for me. The whole office is really going above and beyond on treating and supporting their patients. Other staffs that we don’t go to are always friendly and helpful. I can’t use enough words to describe the care and services that we received here. When we walk into Dr. Chu’s clinic, we always feel like we have walked into our own home. Perfect Smile is a great dental practice. Dr. Chu and his staff are very friendly and welcoming every time i come in. Dr. Chu always explains things thoroughly. Generally there is little to no wait time to be seen.
